You bought the next dream car…now what?

Purchasing a pre-owned vehicle can be exciting and nerve-wracking. You might wonder if the car will live up to its online images and description. When it finally arrives, there's a mix of anticipation and anxiety. Sometimes, things don't go as planned. However, in the end, things usually work out. For example, a Ferrari 296 recently had a minor issue upon arrival at Glistening Perfection. Despite a known chip on the front right fender, the paint was undamaged under the protective film.

Unfortunately, the paint wasn't perfected before applying protection film due to a cost-saving trend. When the film was removed, we found deep scratches, sanding marks, and water spots. We worked for four days to correct all imperfections in the paint, revealing the true beauty of Rosso Corsa. After disassembling, prepping, and installing the film on the vehicle, we tackled the unique challenge of seamlessly installing the rear bumper PPF.

We meticulously reassembled everything, coated the wheels, calipers, and paint, fixed a small chip in the windshield, and got the car registered in CA. A careful drive to ready all sensors, followed by a successful smog check, and we finished with a photoshoot at Newport Back Bay before delivering the Ferrari to its new owner.

It was a satisfying project, adding another stunning car to the client's collection. Thank you for letting us share this experience; onto the next project!
